Nice smart ring — it counts steps, distance, pulse, blood oxygen saturation, temperature, stress and sleep quality. Don’t expect 100% accuracy, but overall it’s a cool device for tracking your activity. Especially good for those like me who don’t like smartwatches. Downsides: it’s fairly wide, you have to get used to wearing a chunky ring all the time, and Bluetooth needs to be on constantly which drains your phone faster.

The ring is great — everything works as described in the instructions. The only mistake I made was the size: I ordered a 9 but needed an 8. Why pay hundreds of dollars and a subscription when you can buy a quality product like this without middleman markups? I'm usually a size 5 Womens for rings, I have small fingers so I chose the smallest size available at the time, which was the 7. The gold is a rose-gold tone that suits my pale coloring. The qring app is really easy to sync and use. Battery life has been excellent so far and the app indicates when charging is needed. Charge lasts at least a day and recharging is quick, only a couple of hours. The ring shipped in a timely fashion. I'd recommend it — I bought one for my husband too and it's helped him be more aware of his health. Thank you for such a great and honest experience so far! 🙏🏻

Comes with a rich kit: - the ring itself - a charging case - 3 silicone covers in different colors - a finger circumference measuring tool Blood pressure measurement is shown not as numeric values but as relative indicators from 0 to 100, which is a bit confusing at first, but you get used to it for analyzing trends (up or down). The step sensor is very accurate — I compared it with a professional pedometer. SpO2 is accurate too. We'll see how it performs over time; so far I'm 100% satisfied.
