Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, VYLASA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional carrier fees.

If you need to update your information, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at vylasashop@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.


Order Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  2. Wait 24–48 hours for possible late delivery updates

  3. Contact us if the issue persists

We will help resolve the situation, but please note we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
