Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In perfect condition

  • Free of scratches, marks, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original components, accessories, packaging, manuals, and charging cables

  • Fully functional and not damaged due to improper use

Items that are incomplete or show signs of use cannot be accepted.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You changed your mind

  • You are unsatisfied with the item

  • The item arrived defective or damaged (must be reported within 72 hours of delivery)

If the product is returned and found to be damaged or missing components, we may offer a partial refund, or the return may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used, such as:

  • Ear-related wearable accessories (if applicable)

  • Items showing heavy wear or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standards.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at vylasashop@gmai.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the product securely with all original components.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund.

Please allow 3–15 business days for inspection and processing after the item arrives at our warehouse.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

If the returned item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–15 business days.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or missing components, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue immediately.
