2. What is the battery life of the smart ring?

The smart ring is designed for long-term wear and offers 4–7 days of battery life on a single charge. Battery duration may vary depending on tracking intensity and app usage.

 

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Israel: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
    You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

4. Can I replace the lenses in the smart glasses?

Yes. Our smart glasses are compatible with prescription lenses, blue-light lenses, and most standard optical replacements. You can take them to any optician to install custom lenses.
Note: Be sure the optician handles the frames carefully due to the built-in electronics.

 

5. Are the products water-resistant?

  • Smart glasses: Resistant to light rain and everyday splashes but not suitable for swimming or heavy water exposure.
